Monthly fee’s will be $150 per month which will cover the maintenance of all communal areas & 24 hour security. Electricity will be supplied by the Islands utility company Reco with the current cost per Kwh being approx $0.20, the average monthly electricity bill is around $105, water is charged by the US Gallon at a rate of $0.03 with all condos having their own water meter.

You can get there by private boat or catch a ride from some of the local fishing boats which transport villagers for a minimal fee. There are several stores which stock western style grocery items. Other stores have vegetables, fruits, and meats for sale. Lumbar, hardware, and other items are also available, however selection is somewhat limited. You can ship items directly to the island as there is a boat which transports cargo from Tampa, Florida to Roatan and then Guanaja.

The house faces the north and is surrounded by the second largest Barrier reef in the world, there for allowing for calm water, great fishing, snorkeling and diving. English and Spanish are spoken though out the island. Weather temp average 80’s most of the time, getting hotter in the summer but not much colder year round.
